To get started we will have to verify your benefits. We are currently accepting the following health insurances: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana Tricare East, Ambetter, United Healthcare/Optum, Superior Healthplan (Medicaid), Community First (Medicaid), Aetna Better Health of Texas (Medicaid), Amerigroup (Medicaid), Aetna (Pending).

You will need to fill out our Scheduling Policy & Intake Form and email or fax that to us completed with a copy of the front and back of the insurance card:
Receive your Financial Estimate
After we have received your intake forms we will contact you with your financial estimate for the services requested. Please note that we are only able to provide an estimate and your insurance will dictate the final price that you will be responsible for. After you have agreed to the financial estimate and agree to your patient responsibility we will proceed to schedule an appointment with you.
We strive to provide you the best customer service experience; however, the estimate we provide you is only an estimate and you will be responsible for any outstanding charges from the final claim from your insurance. At times this may mean you will receive a refund from our financial estimate and on other times your will have outstanding balance from what your insurance's final pay out.
Once you receive your financial responsibility estimate you will pay your required portion to schedule your counseling and/or psychiatric medication management appointments.
Patients scheduling for an Intake/Psychological Evaluation may either pay in full prior to rendering any services or 50% of the estimate in order to schedule your appointment(s) for your evaluation and the remaining of the financial estimate will be due on the day of the evaluation prior to rendering services.
