Clinician

My name is Cheryl Kelley, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor at Garcia's Family Wellness Clinic.

I received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) in 1996 and a Master’s degree from Northcentral University (NCU) in 2006. I have worked in the field of mental health since 2007 to include inpatient and outpatient settings both in private practice and community counseling centers. I have worked with all ages, from children as young as 5 to adults in their senior years. I have had the pleasure of working in school settings, community outreach and summer camps, nursing homes, and with the legal system and in court. My experience has ranged from mental health tech, case manager, therapist, intake specialist, continuity of care and coordination of services, crises prevention and intervention, to psychological evaluations and assessments.

I have over 20 years’ experience in the field and look forward to meeting with you and providing the services you need and helping to link you with the care and support you deserve!
